We have now completed our series of Work in Progress Performances of Sukanya. They were held at the Royal Opera House, Norwich Arts Centre and the Curve Theatre, Leicester. All three were fantastically well received.
The author of the influential Classical Music Blog On An Overgrown Path happened to be in the audience for our performance at Norwich Arts Centre and had this to say: “Sukanya, with its trans-cultural pedigree and message that there is life beyond Western materialism, may be just the opera to show that Anna Nicole is not the only way to attract new audiences”.
